How To Grow As A Leader Over The Summer
Wow….who would have ever thought how the last few months would have turned out?
Surreal, and yet, our Redemption Communities have ministered well during this season. This is in no small part to your service and sacrifice. Thank you for learning how to navigate zoom, rearranging your schedule, being patient through ambiguity, and for providing love and encouragement to those who God has placed in your life, especially your RC.
This summer as you take a moment and have some (potential) downtime, we would ask you to think on these 3 questions as it relates to you and your RC.
Who in my RC needs extra attention and encouragement over the next few months that I need to remain mindful of?
What one area of my life do I need trust Jesus more in during this Covid-19 summer?
What one attribute of God do I need to rest in during these uncertain days?
Paul tells us ….. “Let us hold fast the confession of our hope without wavering, for he who promised is faithful.” Hebrews 10:23
Thank you for being a person who confesses hope, consistently. Your hope in Jesus has been a blessing to many more people than you know. Now enjoy the summer, and we look forward to getting back together this fall.
