Generosity

December is a month full of celebration, worship and joy.  However, our culture is promoting a distorted view of these things by telling us that indulgence and spending will lead to joy and celebration.  Obviously, for the Christian we all agree that this is foolishness. A large part of the Christmas story is wrapped up in generosity...which leads to worship and right view of the season.  This is an excellent 5 minute video on what life in the kingdom looks like as we strive to overcome selfishness by participating in a generosity as exemplified by Jesus.
